Abundance #1: Meaning

Abundance means a lot of everything all the time.

As children we had that belief, we were born with that mindset.  Then the limiting beliefs of parents and the people around us shared them with us and we accepted them for truths. So, our relationship with abundance was set by the age of five years old. Because of this, most people don’t have an abundant mindset.

Do these questions sound familiar to you?

Who do you think you are? I don’t have that kind of money!

Do you think I am made out of gold? I can’t afford that.

Money doesn’t grow on trees.

Before we can achieve abundance in any area of our life, we must establish a mindset of abundance.

We can read and learn about it, but the most effective way to do so is through visiting our subconscious mind and from the root letting go of those limiting beliefs.

Abundance is not only about money and wealth.

There are 4 key areas of abundance: Mindset, Health, Wealth, Relationships.

Sometimes we focus a lot on one area and neglect some other areas. It is our life, and we are perfectly capable of taking care of the other areas with compassion and excitement. We can love our life with the right mindset.

Something I personally like doing is saying to myself or out loud; I love my life the moment I wake up. If maybe you have a job you don’t like, you can say I love the fact that I have a job to go to.

Abundance is about being able to receive everything and understanding that there is no scarcity.

“Wealthy” is a state of the mind. There is so much we can learn about the mind and it is fantastic. There is the belief that the mind is something mysterious and complicated when in fact it really isn’t.

The mind likes to go to what is familiar, so if there are familiar limiting beliefs, the mind will go towards them. The mind likes change, we need to update it too, like a software. When we repeat to the mind empowering beliefs, the mind will get familiarized with them and then go to them. Of course, it is important to let go of the old patterns first, so that we go to the new abundance focused ones.

Our life is the outcome of the choices we make, both consciously and unconsciously and the beliefs that we hold.

Do you want to be abundant in all areas? Are you willing to do the work required? I have witnessed many people’s life shift into something that they wouldn’t have imagined in the past. Shy insecure people transform into amazing inspiring leaders. Angry bullied people into spiritual adventurous women. People who almost fell sorry for themselves and had lots of resentment inside of them, into beautiful full of hope and compassionate women.

Transformation is possible, the question is do you want it in your life?

“Change the way you look at things, and the things you look at will change”

-Wayne Dyer
